We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO, accommodation statements, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Need to parse the posting. Let's extract relevant content: Job Summary: "Reporting to the Deputy Chief/Manager of Logistics, the Paramedic Services Logistics Superintendent provides leadership, oversight and strategic direction for the delivery of logistics services supporting frontline paramedic operations. This position leads a team of Logistics Officers and is responsible for the effective management of procurement, inventory, equipment, medications and fleet support while ensuring operational readiness, regulatory compliance and service excellence." That's about the role. Duties & Responsibilities: multiple bullet-like sentences. Need to list as
  • . Let's extract each duty: - Leading and supervising a team of Logistic Officers responsible for the distribution of medical supplies, equipment, linens, medications, and controlled substances to 15 stations, 4 hospitals and over 50 frontline paramedic vehicles. - Providing leadership in workforce management and development, including scheduling, performance oversight, staff development, and the promotion of a safe and healthy work environment. - Overseeing the procurement of all necessary supplies, equipment, medications, and uniforms; collaborates with Supply Chain Management and Finance to support procurement processes and evaluations and vendor management. - Ensuring compliance with the Ministry of Health Land Ambulance Certification Standards, Health Canada requirements, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and other applicable regulations governing equipment, medications, preventative maintenance, and inventory security. - Collaboration with Energy, Fleet and Facilities, Architects, Contractors and other stakeholders to support in the design, oversight and construction of paramedic response stations, and logistical support facilities and explore energy savings/green facility initiatives including furniture and IT requirements. - Supporting and collaborating closely with the Paramedic Fleet Coordinator on vehicle-related matters and vehicle equipment, including procurement of vehicles, equipment, and the maintenance, installation and replacement of patient equipment and technology. - Providing operational advice, updates and recommendations to the Deputy Chief of Logistics. - Monitoring industry trends and making recommendations based on research regarding changes to vehicle and equipment design features, supplies, and paramedic station facilities. - Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring timely communication and addressing operational concerns. - Representing Halton Region on provincial (Provincial Paramedic Logistics Working Group) and divisional (Uniform and Equipment Advisory) committees and panels. - Responsible for the preparation, retention and submission of all equipment and facility-related information for the tri-annual Ministry of Health Ambulance Service Review. Also "Duties And Responsibilities Continued" duplicates some? Actually after that list there is "Duties And Responsibilities Continued" then more items: Providing operational advice... etc. We already captured those. Ensure no duplication. We need to decide which headings to use: maybe "Qualifications" for education/experience, "Skills" for skills, "Requirements" maybe for mandatory requirements? The posting includes "Skills & Qualifications". Could split into Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (skills). Also there is "Working/ Employment Conditions" which includes travel, lifting, driver's license, vulnerable sector check, driver's abstract. That could be under "Requirements" or maybe separate "Working Conditions". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can put working conditions under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably Requirements. Pay: we have Pay Range: $130,743 - $163,424. Also Job Type: Contract > 1 Year, Contract Duration: up to 24 months, Hours of Work: 42 hours per week, Work Location: 1157 Blair Rd, Burlington. Those could go under Schedule (hours) and maybe Benefits? No benefits listed. So we can include Pay section with the range. Schedule section with hours of work (42 hours per week) and maybe contract duration? The schedule heading is for schedule info; we can include hours and maybe duration? But duration is contract length, not schedule. Could include under Requirements? Not ideal. Perhaps we can include Schedule with hours of work and contract duration? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we have Pay Range specific, so Pay section. Hours of Work specific, so Schedule section. Contract duration maybe also schedule? Could be placed under Schedule as well (duration). We'll include both. Benefits: none specific, so omit. Now About the role: we have Job Summary paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe include mandatory requirements: driver's license F class within six months, vulnerable sector check, driver's abstract, ability to lift up to 50 kg, routine travel, etc. Also maybe the requirement to provide those documents. Also maybe the requirement to be able to work in team/independently etc but that's more skill. We'll put those under Requirements. Qualifications: education/experience: Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years supervisory experience in inventory management/logistics/supply chain, preferably healthcare. Skills: list of skills (leadership, organizational, knowledge of supply chain, MS Office, communication, time management, interpersonal, knowledge of paramedic services, Ministry of Health standards, certification asset, SAP etc). We'll separate. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation statements, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Duties And Responsibilities Continued" heading. Now produce HTML fragment:
