Superintendent Intern (Summer 2027)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated College Superintendent Intern/Co-op who is passionate about the construction process to join our team. As an Intern/Co-op, you will assist Superintendents with hands-on experience and critical tasks in every stage of the project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Visit jobsites and gain hands-on experience from expert field personnel on projects in industries such as commercial, industrial, distribution, office, multi-family, and entertainment.
• Learn various skills from the Superintendent, including creating schedules, communicating with subcontractors, and managing a project smoothly from start to finish.
• Make meaningful contributions to ARCO’s success by performing critical tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other related degree programs.
• Co-op or intern construction experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Open to travel.
