Superintendent In-Training
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and internal team members
- Assist in coordinating and following construction schedules to support timely home completion
- Demonstrate a positive, hands-on work ethic and willingness to support the team as needed
- Conduct daily job site visits to inspect workmanship, monitor progress, and ensure homes are built according to Adams Homes quality standards
Requirements
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow established processes
