Superintendent II

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a right-sized organization where you are not just a number but part of a growing team.
• Support Winter's expansion into new project territories in North Florida.
• Be equipped with and supported by technology designed to make coordination and problem-solving efficient and effective.

Requirements

• Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
• Located in the Jacksonville area or willing to relocate.
• Background as a Superintendent on K12, Higher Education, Local Municipal, Mixed-Use, Hotel or Multifamily (non-wood frame) projects.
• Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management.
