Superintendent II
SUMMARY
Mortenson is seeking a Superintendent that will provide coordination, planning, and supervision to assist with project management. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, managing schedules, supervising teams, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and implement to support project schedules
- Review and understand construction documents and contract requirements
- Develop and manage project schedules, site logistics plans, and oversee team performance
- Coach, supervise, and develop team members
- Ensure proper task coding and lead project progress
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Lead by example, offer coaching and feedback, and manage performance
- Manage safety, quality, risk, and compliance, and seek process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or 10 years of relevant trade experience
- Current driver’s license
- Ability to manage multiple projects from development to closeout
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic understanding of construction law and business practices
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate company policies
- Effective communication and active listening skills

PAY AND BENEFITS
- Superintendent I: Base pay range $111,400 - $167,100
- Superintendent 2: Base pay range $130,100 - $195,200
