Superintendent II
About the Role
Superintendents are responsible for leading our electrical teams on the job site. They have a well-versed knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and a strong passion for safety, training, leadership development, and commitment to excellence. With safety being our top core value, we are committed to keeping people safe every day through daily safety initiatives such as tool-box talks and operational risk management meetings.
Responsibilities
- Maintains current licensing and training requirements.
- Manages large projects (30+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously) effectively while meeting or beating estimated job costs.
- Independently develops accounts to widen scope and generates additional revenue through upselling, estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
- Creates estimates and change orders utilizing company estimating software with oversight from Project Manager.
- Consistently meets or exceeds goals of gross margin dollars per man hour.
- Conducts a minimum of 8 jobsite safety evaluations per quarter.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
- Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
- Willingness to travel 60-75%.
- Ability to work between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer demands.
Qualifications
- History of managing large projects or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously.
- Experience with estimating, pricing, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in utilizing estimating software.

Schedule
This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include nights, weekends, and holidays.
