Superintendent I & II

SUMMARY

Denver Office
Mortenson is seeking a Superintendent that will provide coordination, planning, and supervision to assist with project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and implement to support project schedules
• Review construction documents and coordinate with design engineers
• Develop and manage project schedules, oversee logistics, and utilize tools and equipment
• Coach, supervise, and develop team members
• Ensure proper task coding, track progress, and conduct training
• Build relationships with diverse teams and organizational levels
• Lead safety, quality, risk, and compliance efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management
• OR 10 years trade experience
• Current driver’s license
• Ability to manage multiple projects from development to closeout
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic understanding of construction law and business practices
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate company policies
• Effective communication and active listening skills
• Openness to diverse input and feedback
• Ability to travel up to 100%

Superintendent I

• Minimum 5 years construction management or related experience
• Base pay range: $111,400 Min - $167,100 Max

Superintendent 2

• Minimum 8 years construction management or related experience
• Base pay range: $130,100 Min - $195,200 Max
