Description

• Leading daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors
• Maintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsites
• Managing schedules, sequencing, and weekly 3-week look-ahead planning
• Partnering closely with Project Managers to maintain alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Conducting weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks
• Proactively identifying and solving field issues before they become larger problems
• Managing project documentation through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, photos, and field coordination
• Coordinating inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes thoroughly
• Supporting quality control and driving projects to successful completion

Profile

• 5+ years of GC experience
• Proficient in Procore required
• Ability to work well in the field with subcontractors
• Ground-up experience in retail/commercial/industrial preferred
• Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging between $115,000-$125,000
• $500/month auto allowance
• Bonus program
• 70% of health insurance premiums are paid by employer (including family plans)
