Role Overview
This position leads ground‑up big‑box retail construction projects across Florida, overseeing field operations from site mobilization through turnover while ensuring safety, schedule adherence, quality, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead ground‑up big‑box retail construction projects from start to finish
- Manage site safety, scheduling, subcontractors, and daily field operations
- Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors
- Drive schedule performance, quality standards, and budget objectives
- Mentor field staff and maintain strong stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering ground‑up big‑box retail projects
- Background with established commercial general contractors
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
- Demonstrated leadership of subcontractors and field teams
- Stable work history with successful project completions
Compensation
Salary range: $110,000 – $130,000 per year, plus an annual bonus opportunity up to 25%.
