This Superintendent role is a true "plug-and-play" opportunity for someone ready to step into complex, high-end commercial interior projects and take ownership from day one. You'll initially manage 1-2 projects while ramping up to a full portfolio, working closely with senior leadership on sophisticated builds.

Founded in 2009, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality interior construction, renovation, and repositioning projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The company serves both public and private sector clients and specializes in complex commercial environments that often require detailed coordination, phased construction, specialized systems integration, and work within occupied facilities. Their portfolio consists of commercial office renovations, law firms, tech firms, industrial, government agencies, financial institutions, and more.
Responsibilities
- Leading multiple commercial construction projects, primarily focused on high-end interior buildouts and renovations
- Managing full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
- Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Overseeing complex scopes including structural upgrades, MEP systems, and specialty integrations
- Maintaining strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Building and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Utilizing tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project for project tracking and reporting
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial General Contractor
- Proven experience delivering high-end interior or corporate buildout projects
- Strong understanding of complex renovation and construction processes
- Experience working in active commercial environments (office, legal, medical, or similar)
- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project preferred)
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Local market experience in the Mid-Atlantic region strongly preferred

Pay
Competitive base salary up to $130k (depending on previous experience)
