About the Role
We are seeking a Superintendent with 3+ years of leadership experience delivering complex, full-cycle projects. In this role, you will own the build from day one to final close-out, serving as a nimble, relationship-driven leader and professional solution-finder. Superintendents at Choate Construction are trusted partners who confidently build across multiple project types while leading our safety culture every day.
Responsibilities
- Champion Safety as an onsite leader on a consistent basis.
- Lead and manage projects from day one through project completion.
- Create and execute project planning and scheduling.
- Thoroughly review, interpret, and clearly communicate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work to ensure accurate execution and alignment across teams.
- Serve as the primary field leader, building trust with owners, trade partners, and internal teams to drive collaboration, accountability, and successful outcomes.
- Leverage construction management platforms such as Procore to streamline jobsite communication, coordinate daily activities, manage documentation, and support efficient project execution.
