Superintendent (Heavy Civil Construction)

The Superintendent is responsible for field operations in assigned areas or aspects of the project, ensuring the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. He/she directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage craft and non-craft employees.
- Oversee field operations to ensure safety, timeliness, profitability, and adherence to contract documents, design, budget, and schedule.
- Directly supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.
Requirements
- 8 years of heavy civil infrastructure industry experience.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Construction or Engineering preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Pay
Salary range: USD $115,690.00 – $150,000.00 per year.
