Superintendent (Heavy Civil Construction)

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations in assigned areas or aspects of the project.
• Ensure work is performed safely, timely, profitably, and ethically in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule.
• Directly supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.

Pay

• Salary range: $125,000 – $180,000 per year.
