Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilization through project completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders
• Lead occupied renovations, base building, and interior fit-out projects valued up to $30M+
• Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved

Requirements

• 3–7 years of construction superintendent experience
• Background delivering healthcare construction projects
• Experience with occupied renovations and interior fit-outs
• Proven ability to self-manage schedules and project execution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and field coordination
