Superintendent | Healthcare Construction

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations from mobilization through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, sequencing plans, and site logistics.
• Cookordination construction activities with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Champion the firm's safety culture and enforce OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements.
• Conduct quality inspections and manage punch list activities.
• Serve as the primary field contact for clients, architects, and consultants.

Key requirements

• Experience as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects, having led the building of at least two relevant ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, sequencing, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Experience working with public-sector clients, including school districts, colleges, and universities.
