Job Details
Top ENR GC seeking Superintendents for their Healthcare Division in Utah. Ground Up, MOB's, FSED's and everything in between.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and supervising onsite functions such as scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel.
- Managing the construction of MOBs, imaging centers, exam rooms, ORs, ERs, and other healthcare facilities.
- Leading ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coinciding with project management to ensure that each project is executed successfully and meets the client's expectations.
- Implementing and enforcing safety measures and protocols to ensure the safety of all workers and the project site.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Managing project budget and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
- Proven experience in managing the construction of MOBs, imaging centers, exam rooms, ORs, ERs, and other healthcare facilities.
- Solid experience in ground-up construction and project management.
- Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to achieve project goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve project-related issues effectively and efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
