Superintendent - Ground-up Multifamily Construction

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up multifamily construction projects across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record managing large residential developments and coordinating multiple trades through all phases of construction.

Our client is a respected multifamily General Contractor with active projects throughout South Florida. Current work includes affordable housing, luxury rental communities, and mixed-use residential developments ranging from mid-rise to podium construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations on ground-up multifamily projects
• Drive project schedules and milestone completion
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners throughout construction
• Enforce site safety standards and company policies
• Conduct quality control inspections and oversee project documentation
• Manage site logistics and operational planning
• Coordinate inspections and municipal requirements
• Partner closely with Project Managers and company leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
• Experience on projects with 100+ residential units
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project phases
• OSHA certification preferred
• Stable employment history with strong tenure
• Affordable housing, podium, mixed-use, or mid-rise multifamily experience preferred

Pay

Salary: Up to $160,000
