Superintendent, Foundations - Michels Construction, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and resources for field operations
• Communicate project scope to Foremen
• Ensure completion of safety processes such as JSAs and inspections
• Attend client meetings
• Manage materials and tooling needs
• Verify daily QA/QC and as-built documentation
• Review time and field reports
• Work closely with the Project Manager
• Develop Foremen and trade staff
• Contribute to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience and/or training in construction industry
• Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management
• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs, and admixtures is desired
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects

Pay

• Expected Salary Range: $11,800 - $178,000 USD
