Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and resources for field operations
- Communicate project scope to Foremen
- Ensure safety processes such as JSAs and inspections are completed
- Attend client meetings
- Manage materials and tooling needs
- Verify daily QA/QC and as-built documentation
- Review time and field reports
- Work closely with the Project Manager
- Develop Foremen and trade staff
- Contribute to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience including as a superintendent in the deep foundation industry
- Knowledge of deep foundation, earth retention and/or ground improvement construction techniques
- Experience with Augercast piles, Rigid Inclusions, Aggregate Piers, Caissons/Drilled Shafts, Micropiles, Tiebacks, Anchors, Grouting, Driven Piles, and Earth Retention/Support of Excavation Systems
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
- Ability to travel and commit to long term onsite projects

- Understanding of construction safety protocols

Pay
Expected Salary Range: $132,000 - $182,000 USD
