Superintendent - Florida Big-Box Retail

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations on a large-scale retail construction project valued at $30M+
• Drive schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance from groundbreaking through turnover
• Coordinate daily activities with project management, owners, and trade partners
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with established SOPs and processes
• Build strong client relationships while representing the company's standards in the field

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience, including superintendent leadership responsibilities
• Track record delivering commercial projects valued at $30M-$50M+
• Experience with big-box retail, travel centers, grocery, or similar large-scale developments
• Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression and strong tenure
• Process-driven leader with excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Benefits

• Salary: $130,000-$150,000 base salary plus performance bonus
• Vehicle allowance of $600-$800 per month plus bonus eligibility
