Description

As a Superintendent, you will report into senior operations leadership and act as an equal partner to the Project Manager in delivering projects successfully. Lead day-to-day site operations on projects ranging from $5M-$30M.

• Own project scheduling, sequencing, and field execution from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors and ensure all work aligns with project timelines and quality standards
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance across all site activities
• Cook up with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive progress
• Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout

Profile

• 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing ground-up or renovation projects ($5M-$30M)
• Background in sectors such as education, healthcare, retail, or light industrial
• Strong scheduling and site leadership capability (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project)
• Ability to take full ownership of site execution and drive performance
• Willingness to travel within region as required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
