Superintendent (Design Build)

Job Details

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all construction activities on site to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively
  • Manage and supervise construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications
  • Ensure all construction activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes
  • Monitor and control project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status, changes, and risks
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including local officials, property owners, and other community members
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety meetings, and responding to safety incidents

Salary:

$100,000 - $145,000 per year

Job Details

• Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Experience with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and codes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Experience with project management software such as Procore or ArchiCAD
