We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company and role. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We need to parse the posting: - Company description: Balfour Beatty US is ... (intro). Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have "About the role" for the description of the role and maybe company overview. - Responsibilities: The "Essential Functions" list bullet points. - Requirements: Minimum Requirements bullet list. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements? Could combine but we need separate sections if content. There's "Proven experience on mission critical/data center projects." etc. Might be part of Requirements. Could treat Requirements as the bullet list; Qualifications maybe include OSHA 30 certification, proficiency with tools, etc. But we can decide to have Requirements and Qualifications separate if there is distinct content. The posting has "Minimum Requirements" list, then later "Why Join Balfour Beatty?" which is not a standard heading but could be Benefits? Actually Benefits section is separate: "Our Benefits Balfour Beatty offers employees a comprehensive compensation and benefit package: ..." That's a benefits list. - Pay: There's "Pay Rate: $125,000-155,000/year" plus explanation. So we need Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule. - Skills: Could be derived from "Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, Microsoft Office, and ideally Primavera P6." plus "Strong knowledge of construction documents, codes, and field operations." Could be Skills section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Lead the Build. Power the Future." maybe tagline but could be part of About the role? It's not boilerplate; it's a tagline. Could keep as part of About the role paragraph. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all bullet points from Essential Functions, Minimum Requirements, Benefits, Pay Rate explanation, etc. We need to format as HTML fragment: use

for each section heading, then content: either

for prose,

  • for lists. We must not include empty sections. Let's extract content: About the role / company overview: "Balfour Beatty US is an industry-leading provider of general contracting, at-risk construction management and design-build services for public and private sector clients across the nation. Performing heavy civil and vertical construction, our teams build the unique structures and infrastructure that play an important role in how people live, work, learn and play in our communities. Our teammates have an instinctive passion for innovating that is fueled by a relentless curiosity, a drive to employ lean practices and processes and the determination to find a better way. Through Zero Harm®, we are challenging the construction industry’s assumptions about safety. We believe that no level of harm should come to anyone as a result of our business. Consistently ranked among the nation’s largest building contractors by Engineering News-Record, our US business is a subsidiary of London-based Balfour Beatty plc (LSE: BBY). Lead the Build. Power the Future. Balfour Beatty is seeking a Mission Critical Superintendent to lead field operations on complex data center and mission critical projects in Northern Virginia. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of building the infrastructure that powers the digital world. Data Center or MEP experience is required for this role." We could keep that as About the role paragraph. Responsibilities: Essential Functions bullet list: - Driving a Zero Harm safety culture across all field operations. - Coordinating and supervising all subcontractor and self-perform work. - Leading project planning, scheduling, and logistics from preconstruction through closeout. - Managing field execution, quality control, and compliance with project specs and codes. - Collaborating with the Project Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. - Mentoring and developing assistant superintendents and field staff. - Champion safety through daily walks, toolbox talks, and incident investigations. - Lead subcontractor meetings, OAC meetings, and project reporting. - Develop and maintain project schedules (P6 preferred), 3-week lookaheads, and pull planning sessions. - Oversee procurement tracking, change order negotiations, and cost-loaded schedules. - Ensure quality through inspections, punch list management, and final approvals. - Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and community stakeholders. We need to output as
    • each. Requirements: Minimum Requirements bullet list: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional construction or engineering education a plus. - 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role. - Proven experience on mission critical/data center projects. - Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, Microsoft Office, and ideally Primavera P6. - Strong knowledge of construction documents, codes, and field operations. - OSHA 30 certification required. But note some of these overlap with Skills. We could split: Requirements could be education/experience; Skills could be tools proficiency, knowledge, certification. However the instruction says we can have both sections if content. Let's decide: Requirements: education and experience (high school diploma, 10+ years, 5+ supervisory, proven experience on mission critical/data center). That's four bullets. Skills: proficiency with tools, strong knowledge of construction documents, OSHA 30 certification. Could also include "Proven experience on mission critical/data center projects" but we already used that. Might be okay. Qualifications: maybe not needed if we split. But we could also have Qualifications same as Requirements? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if we have distinct content. However the posting doesn't have a separate "Qualifications" section; it's all under Minimum Requirements. So we could treat Minimum Requirements as Requirements, and not have Qualifications (or we could put same content under Qualifications but that would duplicate). Better to follow the posting: we have Requirements (minimum requirements) and Skills (tools, knowledge, certification). We'll not include Qualifications unless we find distinct content; we don't. Benefits: list: - Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance - Health Savings Account - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off - Tuition Assistance - Employee Referral Bonus - And more! We need to preserve "And more!" as a bullet? It's part of the list. We'll include as a bullet. Pay: include the Pay Rate sentence and explanation. The explanation includes several sentences about range, factors, etc. We'll keep as prose under Pay heading. Schedule: none, so omit. Now produce HTML:

      About the role

      • Paid time off
      • Tuition Assistance
      • Employee Referral Bonus
      • And more!

      Pay

Pay Rate: $125,000-155,000/year This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, incentive, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law and any applicable plan documents.

We need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed that. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't repeat. Check that we preserved all substantive information: company description, role description, responsibilities, requirements (education/experience), skills (tools, knowledge, certification), benefits, pay explanation. Did we miss "Data Center or MEP experience is required for this role." That is in the About the role paragraph? We included "Data Center or MEP experience is required for this role." Actually we included that sentence in the About the role paragraph? Let's verify: In the About the role paragraph we wrote: "... Balfour Beatty is seeking a Mission Critical Superintendent to lead field operations on complex data center and mission critical projects in Northern Virginia. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of building the infrastructure that powers the digital world. Data Center or MEP experience is required for this role." Yes we included that. Check we didn't miss "Lead the Build. Power the Future." We included that as part of the paragraph. Check we didn't miss "Our Benefits Balfour Beatty offers employees a comprehensive compensation and benefit package:" we turned into bullet list. Check we didn't miss "Why Join Balfour Beatty?" That section is more about culture; we omitted because not a standard heading and could be considered boilerplate? It's substantive but not fitting headings. Could we include as a separate section like "Why Join Balfour Beatty?" but not in allowed headings list. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, but we should prefer those. However "Why Join Balfour Beatty?" is substantive; we could incorporate its content into Benefits or About the role? It's about culture: "Work on cutting-edge, high-impact projects in one of the most active data center markets in the world. Be part of a company that values safety, innovation, and integrity. Enjoy a culture of mentorship, growth, and collaboration." This could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the company". But we already have About the role includes company overview. We could add a paragraph after the company overview about why join. That would preserve the info. Let's add a paragraph after the company overview: "Work on cutting-edge, high-impact projects in one of the most active data center markets in the world. Be part of a company that values safety, innovation, and integrity. Enjoy a culture of mentorship, growth, and collaboration." Thus
