Superintendent - Cold Storage and Data Center Construction

About the role

This position leads day-to-day field operations on assigned construction projects for a nationally ranked general contractor specializing in light industrial and data center construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful delivery
• Drive quality control and resolve field issues proactively

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor
• Strong background in light industrial construction on projects costing $70M+
• Data center construction experience highly preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety practices
