About the role

Responsibilities

• Support the onsite execution of large-scale ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Partner with senior site leadership to maintain project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Monitor daily field operations and assist in resolving construction challenges.
• Help drive projects to successful completion while maintaining client and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality wood-frame multifamily communities.

Requirements

• Experience serving as a #2 Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Proven background delivering large-scale ground-up multifamily developments.
• Experience with wood-frame multifamily construction.
• Strong field coordination and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an established project leadership team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Pay

Earn a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $120,000-$140,000, 15% bonus potential, and a $700/month vehicle allowance.
