Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years related commercial construction project work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of project planning and scheduling for construction trades (all disciplines).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software programs.
• Proven skills in the areas of math, as well as excellent teamwork, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
• Strong reasoning and comprehension skills.

Physical Requirements

• Sit for an extended period of time and frequently stand and walk.
• Frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Frequent reaching with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift and/or move office equipment up to 20 pounds.
• Viewing computer monitors.
• Periodically work under disagreeable working conditions of a jobsite including: working outside, at times in inclement weather; and exposure to water, dust, dirt, grease, paint fumes, chemicals, and equipment noise and vibration.
• Must be able to work on active construction jobsite.
