About the role
National ENR Top 25 General Contractor seeks a field supervisor for various commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex projects with minimal delays and emphasize customer delight.
- Implement and maintain full control of all field matters.
- Maintain safety and quality on site.
- Lead and mentor diverse team.
- Solve problems and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Practice innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage financial impacts on site.
- Interpret and implement technical specifications, blueprints, manuals, and drawings.
Requirements
- 5 to 20+ years of experience in the industry.
- Strong commitment to safety with OSHA 30 certification.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor of Science in construction management, construction technology, engineering, or engineering technology.
Preferred Skills
- Practitioner of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience with scheduling methodologies and software.
- Experience managing financial impacts on site.
Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
