Superintendent

About the role

Lead day-to-day field operations on complex construction projects, serving as the primary driver of safety, quality, schedule, and site coordination.

Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, trade partners, vendors, and owners to ensure work is planned, communicated, and executed efficiently while maintaining Boldt's commitment to operational excellence and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor performance
• Lead daily huddles and coordination meetings
• Develop and manage short-term schedules and look-aheads
• Identify and resolve field issues
• Promote a strong safety culture
• Ensure work is completed according to contract documents and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering (preferred)
• Seven years industry experience and two years supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license may be required
• Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check

Skills

• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control
• Ability to control and supervise large groups
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Awareness of general construction, structural steel installation, crane setup, crane capacity, masonry, millwright work, heavy rigging, and critical lift plans

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $133,000.00-$177,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
