Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for management, scheduling, production, quality, and safety on your project.
• Maintain project safety in accordance with the company’s safety policy.
• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a jobsite.
• Develop and update the project schedule and prepare three-week schedules using computerized scheduling software.
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Lead various meetings, including morning huddles with weekly trades.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of construction experience.
• Experience with new building/core and shell as well as occupied renovation projects.
• Experience with Corporate Interiors, Hospital, Bioscience, Lab, and Cleanroom projects is a plus.
