Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily jobsite operations and sequencing across multiple trades
- Maintain short-interval and look-ahead plans and drive constraint removal
- Enforce safety programs and ensure inspection readiness and quality outcomes
- Maintain daily reporting and disciplined jobsite documentation
- Cook up logistics, deliveries, and site access to keep production flowing
Requirements
- Field leadership experience on commercial/industrial projects
- Strong understanding of sequencing, quality control, and safety accountability
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with trade partners and teams
- Experience 5–10+ years of field supervision with demonstrated ability to lead full projects or major scopes
- 2–5+ years partnering with PMs on schedule, cost impacts, changes, procurement, and closeout
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent field experience preferred
- OSHA 30 required/preferred for supervisory roles; competent-person certifications as applicable; valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling/planning tools

Schedule
Primarily on an active project site and/or jobsite trailer; constant coordination across trades and stakeholders. May require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), exposure to weather and loud environments, and occasional lifting/moving of 25–50 lbs. Shifts/extended hours may be required by project demand. This role may require shifts or extended hours depending on project demands, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Projects are primarily within the St. Louis region, with flexibility and readiness to support work outside the local market as Tarlton expands.
