What You'll Do

As a Superintendent, you'll oversee and manage residential construction projects from start to completion—ensuring everything stays on track, on budget, and built to the highest standards.

• Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the construction process
• Drive project timelines and maintain accurate job schedules
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Inspect work and enforce quality standards across all phases
• Accurately submit and manage cost variances

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of related construction experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel between communities required, including daytime and occasional nighttime travel)
• Ability to take ownership, go the extra mile, and follow through (Care)
• Strong customer mindset, turning challenges into positive experiences (Serve)
• Willingness to grow, adapt, and continuously improve (Improve)

Pay

$70,000 – $90,000 + Bonus Opportunity
