Superintendent

What You’ll Do

• Lead all jobsite operations including safety, quality, schedule, and coordination
• Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and daily execution
• Maintain jobsite safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
• Cook up inspections, deliveries, and logistics
• Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve delays
• Maintain detailed project documentation including reports, photos, and drawings
• Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure overall project success

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of field experience in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite operations
• Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
