Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site restoration activities in line with project plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Conduct startup reviews with internal teams to ensure scope, safety and expectations are clear prior to mobilization.
• Maintain schedules, coordinate labor, materials, and equipment, and serve as the primary on-site contact with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors, monitor performance, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality craftsmanship.
• Proactively address issues to maintain progress.
• Conduct inspections for compliance with specifications and workmanship standards.
• Lead safety protocols, toolbox talks, and site safety meetings in alignment with OSHA and SWS standards.
• Maintain daily logs, reports, and safety checklists.
• Provide regular updates to project managers on schedules, budgets, and conditions.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years in construction, with 2+ years in a superintendent/supervisory role. Restoration or building envelope experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in restoration methods, drawings/specs, and construction management software (Foundation, Procore, smartsheet a plus). OSHA knowledge required.
