Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations, coordinate with trade partners, and oversee quality control to ensure work is performed to contract specifications and company standards.
• Maintain exceptional communication with customers, project managers, and trade partners to set clear expectations and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Thoroughly understand the contracted scope of repairs and ensure accurate documentation of any changes or issues impacting the project.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites that reflect SRG’s commitment to excellence.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to achieve production goals and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to developing trade partner relationships for future success.

Qualifications

• Must have own truck for daily duties
• Available for after hours on-call rotations
• Ability to perform light physical labor
• Minimum 1 year of construction experience; construction management preferred
• Proven ability to manage job sites and lead trade partners effectively
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with construction scopes, scheduling, and quality standards
• Comfortable leveraging technology to track and report project progress
• Motivated to grow professionally within the restoration industry
