We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations and oversee the day-to-day execution of commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Scorpio's quality standards while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and inspections.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain Scorpio's quality standards.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, owners, and trade partners.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve field issues while minimizing project delays.
• Maintain daily reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate inspections and punch list activities through project closeout.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
• Experience with education, healthcare, municipal, or other commercial construction projects preferred.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
