Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the creation of work plans and CPM schedules.
• Schedule and sequence daily activities to meet project objectives.
• Take necessary actions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Create and maintain a timely, orderly, and efficient project document flow.
• Implement and maintain a site logistics program.
• Manage field teams to achieve high performance and progress in work.
• Regularly update owners and designers on project status and progress.
• Ensure all required permits and licenses are obtained and cooperate with inspection agencies.
• Maintain positive relationships and communications with all parties involved in the project.
• Host weekly safety meetings with site staff.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reasonable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of progressive experience in commercial construction supervision.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam or Adobe.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Pay

$100k-$220k depending on experience.
