Job Responsibilities
- Lead and model a strong job site safety culture by proactively identifying risks and reinforcing OSHA and company safety standards
- Independently develop and manage field execution plans, including sequencing, look-ahead schedules, and milestone tracking
- Cook up and manage self-perform and subcontract work to maintain workflow continuity and minimize delays
- Apply advanced field expertise across concrete, steel, framing, finishes, MEP coordination, and site utilities
- Maintain disciplined field documentation to reduce rework, support inspections, and ensure alignment with project requirements
- Communicate manpower, equipment, and material needs proactively to avoid disruptions
- Serve as a knowledgeable, dependable field leader for customers, designers, inspectors, and internal partners
- Mentor foremen, assistant superintendents, and emerging superintendents to build leadership capability and team independence

Requirements
- 5–10 years of field leadership experience as a Project Superintendent
- Demonstrated leadership in quality execution, productivity tracking, and daily performance management
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
