About the role
As a Superintendent at RO, you’ll be the main supervisor for all field operations on site, working alongside the Project Manager to deliver projects from conceptual plan through completion. You’ll ensure consistent communication among trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders to successfully deliver a Premier Product.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all field operations for the project.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to identify problem areas early that affect project quality.
- Establish subcontractor performance schedules.
- Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Experience with $10M+ projects and ground-up expertise in Commercial, High-Rise, Multi-Family, or Industrial sectors.
