Superintendent
Rogers-O’Brien Construction is looking for a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction space. Superintendents at RO ensure that all team members – including trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders – are kept up to date with consistent communication to successfully deliver a Premier Product. About the role
As a Superintendent at RO, you will be the main supervisor for all field operations on site, working alongside the Project Manager to build a variety of projects across sectors—from conceptual planning and scheduling to completion. This role demands strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all field operations for the project.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to identify problem areas early that affect project quality.
- Establish subcontractor performance schedules.
- Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction, with expertise on $10M+ projects.
- Ground-up experience in Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, and General Construction sectors.
