About This Opportunity

Okland is seeking a commercial construction superintendent with a proven track record of successfully leading challenging vertical construction projects with complex architectural design elements. In this role, you will oversee projects ranging from $30M-$100M in scope, managing schedules, logistics, subcontractor coordination, and field execution while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 10+ years of related commercial construction experience
• Proven experience managing complex vertical construction projects with $30M-$100M project scopes
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, building codes, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, CPM schedules, and contract documents
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
• Experience with construction tools, equipment, and jobsite operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
