Superintendent

General Responsibilities

• Assists Project Managers in planning for the successful fulfillment of construction projects
• Supervises the on-site aspects of assigned construction projects
• Communicates and collaborates with members of management and staff
• Mentors and trains support staff
• Supports and adheres to company policies and practices

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College degree in construction preferred
• Specific training and education in construction project management
• OSHA training, CPR and Standard First Aid certification
• Valid driver's license
