About the role

Responsible for overseeing all operations at the Northern Clearing facility, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage team of 20 employees, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to manage teams and develop employee skills.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evening meetings.
