Superintendent

We're looking for a Superintendent in the Richmond, VA area who knows how to lead crews, solve problems fast, and keep commercial construction projects moving safely and efficiently. This role is for someone who leads from the front—someone who can earn the respect of the field, hold teams accountable, and create organized jobsites where people know what's expected every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews daily.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, and materials.
• Keep projects on track and production goals moving forward.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Solve jobsite issues before they impact the schedule.

Requirements

• 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC.
• Proven crew and schedule management on commercial job sites.
• Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety rules and compliance.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable).
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lead 30-50-man crews.

Pay

Competitive salary: $90,000-$115,000 based on experience.
