- Current OSHA 30 certification

Responsibilities and Tasks
- Preconstruction & Development:
- Participate and may lead preconstruction planning
- Crisis management planning
- Site logistics and safety plans
- Site-specific rules and regulations
- Completion of the Redbook
- Contribute to pursuits, proposals, and interviews
- Conduct and participate in pre-job walkthroughs
- Ensure project budgets for labor, materials, and equipment are aligned prior to project start
- Assist pursuit team in analyzing and preparing for upcoming project opportunities
- Participate in QA/AC page-turn sessions
- Construction:
- Provide comprehensive leadership and oversight
- Supervise Asst. Superintendents and evaluate weekly work plans, schedules, and logistics
- Implement and maintain the project schedule
- Oversee on-site documentation
- Manage project budgets and forecasts for labor, material, and equipment
- Absorb and apply trade scope reviews
- Champion the culture of safety
- Lead Lean construction initiatives
- Organize and lead Superintendent and coordination meetings
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges
- Support project closeout efforts
- Office and Travel:
- Must be willing to travel regularly

- Actively contribute as a member of the South Dakota Operations Team

- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a workstation or during meetings and travel
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Dexterity to write and use a computer keyboard and mouse
- Ability to hear, speak clearly, and distinguish colors on graphs and charts
- Exposure to dust, dirt, uneven surfaces, outdoor weather conditions, and extreme temperatures
