Superintendent

About the role

Manafort Brothers Incorporated seeks experienced Construction Superintendents based out of their Plainville, CT and Cumberland, RI offices, and also for their subsidiaries Manafort-Precision, LLC and Manafort Transit, LLC in MA.

Responsibilities

• Work on heavy highway/bridge, concrete, demolition, and civil and site projects valued at $1M to $10M.
• Have at least 10 years experience working as a superintendent.
• Hold a four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent experience.
• Show extensive knowledge of construction and effective management techniques.
• Display superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferred with bridge, DOT and CT/RI DOT experience.
• May require night/weekend work.

Pay

Annual wage $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 BOE
