Superintendent

About the role

Responsible for leading project execution teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project teams, including coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
