Superintendent
About the Role
As a Superintendent at Lithko Contracting, you'll be responsible for planning the execution phase of the project. You’ll work closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan.

Responsibilities
- Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
- Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
- Prepare their team to execute using defined planning processes.
- Ensure their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
- Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
- Ensure project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
- Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
- Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
- Variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
- In-depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.
- Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.
