About the role

Lithko Contracting is actively seeking a Superintendent to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. Superintendents at Lithko are responsible for planning the execution of their phase of work and work closely with senior field leadership to create an overall project plan. Key Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for the assigned phase of work.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the phase.
• Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure the team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign‑in & sign‑out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for the assigned portion of work.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in project execution.
• Self‑perform experience of concrete is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
