Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for your phase of work.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for your phase of work.
• Prepare your team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensure your team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for your portion of work.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale self-perform general contractor or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform experience in concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on commercial/industrial.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $1 million.
• Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.
