Superintendent
About the role
The Superintendent I is responsible for managing daily construction site operations and overseeing all building activities at assigned project locations. This position ensures projects are completed to company quality standards, within budget, and on schedule by coordinating construction activities, maintaining project schedules, and communicating progress updates to internal teams, partners, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site building operations and construction activities as respective, assigned project location.
- Ensure projects are built with careful attention to all LC standards of quality, within budget and on schedule.
- Establish and manage construction schedules and communicate relevant updates to 4 internal team members, partners, and customers.
- Ensure the assigned project site adheres to all LC standards and required health and safety regulations.
- Perform relevant, required support functions including, but not limited to, file management and file workflow, record retention, and processing and coding invoices.
- Enforce all job site rules, regulations, and safety precautions and monitors site accordingly.
- Complete other projects as required and assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
- Experience with project scheduling and management software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and policies.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The position is full-time and works a standard 40-hour workweek. Hours may vary based on project needs.
